We help first-time, at risk and nonviolent young adult offenders to achieve a new and fresh start in life in the Tidewater Virginia area so they can become productive citizens; a transformational change that will alleviate recidivism.

Our mission is to offer critical programs that teach the necessary skills for a successful fresh start in life. We accomplish that mission through advocacy, and our fatherhood, literacy, and job placement initiatives. 

Additionally, we provide support by providing housing, and education programs for self-awareness, substance abuse, and spiritual.
